We ship by default to Germany, to all EU Member States, and to Switzerland.
Shipping to these countries is free of charge.
Delivery to other countries is not available.

Delivery times
The delivery time stated for the respective item on the product and/or overview page is always decisive. Unless a different delivery time is specified there, the following time frames apply:
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- EU & Switzerland: 5–7 business days
The delivery period begins on the day after the contract is concluded (for prepayment, on the day after receipt of payment) and ends at the end of the last day of the period. If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such day.
For orders containing multiple items, the longest delivery time shown in the cart applies as the overall delivery time, unless partial deliveries have been agreed.
Special notes on shipping to Switzerland
Deliveries to Switzerland are treated under customs law as a non-EU delivery. Import duties (customs/taxes/fees) may apply; these are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the recipient.
Payment methods
Advance payment (bank transfer)
You will receive our bank details by email after completing your order. Please transfer the total amount within 7 calendar days.
PayPal
If you select PayPal, you will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. After completing the payment, you will automatically return to the shop to finalize the order.
Credit or debit card
Payment by credit/debit card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) is processed securely via our certified payment service provider with 3-D Secure. Your card will only be charged when the goods are dispatched; no additional fees apply.
